I found this to be a wonderful gift for either yourself or someone else. The quality is good, with fresh, fragrant choices of incense, smudge stick (lavender), and a high frequency crystal.The idea is to find a space, use the smudge stick to cleanse the space, the crystal to keep it clear, then use the incense when you come to that space to meditate on the card messages.The only disappointment was the cards. They're good quality physically, but the meditations could have been better, less simple. But maybe the simple mantras will prove to be exactly what I need. So I can still rate this self-care kit 5 stars. Great find

The sticks and cones both light easily and smell great: calming, soothing, not too artificial or perfumey or overpowering.
