From successfully producing our self-care journal to completing my first ever children's book—it was a year full of blessings and accomplishments. Our Self Care Journal

This year, we launched our very own self-care journal!

This journal is designed to help each one of us stay connected to ourselves and create more meaningful moments in our lives. From daily routine ideas to creative writing prompts and organizational space —the possibilities are endless. The journal also includes thought-provoking questions that can help us reflect on our goals and dreams. We've been getting great feedback from readers who have found it helpful in creating more meaningful connections with themselves during this challenging time.

My First Children’s Book

This year I completed my first ever children's book titled “Now You Are Born”! Writing this book was such a joyous experience that I'm already planning the next one. This story is about a newborn who discovers his place in the world with his Gigi. I'm so proud of how it turned out, and I can't wait to hear what readers think about it!
