Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want your shopping experience at Shine Sparkle Slay to be the best ever! We hope you love everything you purchase but if not we will make sure your return process is as easy as possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns of defective items and size exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of the original ship date. All returns are for Shine Sparkle Slay E-Gift Card credit refund.

All returns must be received unwashed, unworn, and in new condition. If the item arrived with tags on it, the tags must still be attached and visible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees (we do not provide return labels) so please keep your tracking number for reference.

To start a return, you can reach out to us at shineteam@shinesparkleslay.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receiving your return - an email confirmation will be sent when your return has been processed.

Defective Items If you have received a defective item, please contact Shineteam@shinesparkleslay.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue encountered. Kindly include a photo of the damage/defect with your email. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the goods, they will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.

Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by improper care, or logistics handling.

Clothing patterns as well as the exact colors of items may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and digital resolutions which do not qualify as defects.

Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or any other stains will be shipped back to customers, no refund will be processed and the customer shall cover all additional shipping costs.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Liquid product (i.e., hand sanitizer, body lotion, etc.),

EXCHANGES
Shine Sparkle Slay offers exchanges for the same clothing item in a different size when we are able to do so and if notified of the request via email within 14 days from the date the order shipped.

Please Note: Inventory levels are always changing which means we are not always able to provide an exchange. It is best to reach out as quickly as possible if a different size is needed. You can start your exchange by emailing Shineteam@shinesparkleslay.com.

FAQS

How long does it take to process the return?

  • Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

  • Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your Shine Sparkle Slay E-Gift Card sent to your email address on file.

Do you offer price adjustments?

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for a Shine Sparkle Slay E-Gift Card ONLY.

Is there a return fee?
